Non-Traditional Building Sells!!!

Several industry experts expressed their negative beliefs when non-traditional buildings where constructed and discouraged the practice because they thought that such buildings couldn't be utilized by any company except for the company who contracted the construction. As a consequence the company would loose money when they decided to sell the property.

Well it looks as if the experts were proven wrong because the sellers now have 27.3 million reasons to smile all the way to the bank!
